美国心理学家对一千名左右智商相近的儿童进行了长达30年连续跟踪,实验表明: 成功者和失败者的一大差异是情商差异。今生的成就至多20%可归诸于IQ,另外80%则要受其它因素(尤其是EQ)的影响。

Psychologists in the U.S. have tracked about 1,000 children with similar IQ for 30 years. The experiment shows that the biggest difference between winners and losers is the difference in their EQ. Up to 20% of success in life can be attributed to IQ, and the other 80% is influenced by other factors, notably EQ.

心理课的意义

学校的心理教师李博毕业后一直从事情商和家庭教育。在她小时候,迷茫时得到了很多关心却没能得到专业指导。所以长大后,她希望可以用自己的专业知识帮助学生度过迷茫期,不要因小积大形成阻碍。所以她在硕士毕业后,仍然在不断学习新知识,不断提高专业素养。

Li, the school's psychology teacher, has been engaged in EQ and family education since graduation. When she was a child, she received a lot of attention but no professional guidance when she was confused. So when she grew up, she hoped to use her professional knowledge to help students get through any period of confusion. Therefore, she is still learning new knowledge and improving her professional practise.

李博老师&心理课

李博老师尤其擅长儿童情商教育。情商的能力可以划分为6种:自我认知能力、自主学习能力、行为管理能力、人际交往能力、挫折抵抗能力、情绪管理能力。李老师以此为底层逻辑,设计了由浅入深、逐级深入的课程。

Li is especially good at EQ education for children. Emotional intelligence capabilities can be broken down into six categories:Self-cognitive ability, Autonomous learning ability, Behavior management ability, Interpersonal skills, Setback resistance and Emotional management ability. Taking this as the underlying logic, Mrs. Li designed the course to be in-depth, but Step by step.

在课程中,她应用了体验式教学的方式。从认知层面、情感落地、行为落地三个层次设计每节课程。在自我认知的教学模块,老师设置了一门课“情绪大声说出来”。先请小朋友们依次分享本周经历的事情,其他小朋友认真倾听。然后小朋友帮他一起找出是哪一种情绪体验。随后老师协助小朋友们制作情绪温度计,不同的情绪就把小人放到不同的刻度上。这样小朋友们便懂得了认知自我情绪。

In the course, she applied the method of PBL. Each course is designed from three levels: cognition, emotion and behavior. In the teaching module of self-awareness, the teacher set up a course of "Say It Out Loudly". First, let the children share what they have experienced this week. The other children listen carefully. Then help him find out what kind of emotional experience it is. Then the teacher helped the children to make a “Mood Thermometer”, and put the stickers on different scales for different emotions. In this way, the children will know how to recognize their emotions.

心理课-情绪温度计

学校有一个神秘空间—心理健康教室。这里有心理沙盘,在心理老师的陪伴下,由孩子在沙盘中自由摆放沙具。老师会根据荣格的无意识理论和心理分析,来感知孩子的潜意识内容。这里有OH卡牌,通过让同学们阐述卡牌中图像的意思,来探索同学们的内心世界。这里还有宣泄沙袋、积极暂停屋、催眠时空椅等等。帮助孩子们在享受充满乐趣的心理游戏中,探索并成长为更好的自己。

The school has a mysterious space - Psychological Consultation room. In there is the psychological sand table, accompanied by the psychological teacher, the children use the sand tools freely in the sand table. Teachers will perceive children's subconscious content according to Jung's theory of the unconscious and psychological analysis. Here are the OH cards. Li explores the inner world of the students by asking them to explain the meaning of the images on the cards. There are also catharsis sandbags, active pause rooms, hypnotic space-time chairs and more. These help children explore and grow into a better version of themselves while enjoying fun-filled mental games.

心理健康教室

学生无论在生活中还是学习中都是被约束的一方,他们不善于或不敢用语言表达自己的观点和情绪体验,长此以往,他们的的某些情绪就会受到压抑。而心理健康教育,帮助孩子提高心理机能,发挥心理潜能,促进IQ与EQ平衡发展。愿我们每一名学生都拥有阳光心理,健康成长。

Students are restrained in both life and study. They are not good at expressing their views and emotional experience in language. If this goes on in the long run, some of their emotions will be suppressed. Mental health education can help children improve their mental function, develop their mental potential, and promote the balanced development of IQ and EQ. I wish every student has a sunny outlook and a healthy growth.
