很多学生对数学都有畏难情绪,没想到的是身为数学老师的于老师曾经也如此。而于老师的转变却在初三悄然发生,那时新来的数学老师讲课抑扬顿挫,写的一手好板书,引起了她对数学的注意和兴趣,而且新老师讲课有重点有逻辑,让她发现数学没有那么难。消除畏难情绪后,她强迫自己去主动提问、总结错题,在如此往复中成绩逐渐提高,逐渐建立自信。这位老师有效的讲课方式深深影响着于老师的生活和工作。

Many students have a fear of math, but I did not expect that Yu as a math teacher had been so. But Yu changed in the third year of junior high school. At that time, the new math teacher's teaching cadence and good writing on the blackboard aroused her attention and interest in math. The new teacher's focus and logic helped her find math not so difficult. After eliminating her fear of math, she forced herself to take the initiative to ask questions and summarize the wrong questions. In this process, she gradually improved her grades and gradually built up her confidence. The teacher's effective way of teaching had a deep influence on Yu's life and work.

毕业后于老师在数学学科教育领域深耕多年,教育了一批又一批学生。在教学中她不断实践、不断探索,研究出一套行之有效的教学方式。先消除学生对数学的畏难情绪:在课堂中启发、引导、鼓励。其次,教学要由浅入深,踩重点,教授学生解决问题的方法。做到了这些,学生会发现自己能独立解决数学问题,并且进步能体现在成绩上,这样学生在数学学习上会更有自信更有兴趣,这样一个良性循环便形成了。

After graduation, Yu has been working in the field of math education for many years and has educated a large number of students. She constantly practices and explores, and has researched out a set of effective teaching methods. First, eliminate students' fear of mathematics: inspiration, guidance and encouragement in the classroom. Second, teaching should proceed from the shallow to the deep, step on the key points, and teach students the methods to solve problems. students will find themselves able to solve math problems independently, and their grades will improve. Thus, students will be more confident and interested in math, and a virtuous circle will be formed.

班上有同学小学数学基础稍弱,在和于老师半年的学习中逐步养成了良好的数学素养,学生自己感叹:“我觉得我数学还行,数学一点不难。”还有学生上学期断课,基础薄弱且有断层,但1个月的学习孩子对待数学的态度和成绩都有明显的变化。学生妈妈开心地向老师反馈:“孩子说自己不讨厌数学了,还主动说要补习上学期的数学。”

于老师提倡以饱满的热情和抑扬顿挫的声调教课,以此抓取学生的注意力激发孩子的热情。她会给与每一个孩子关注,给予每一个孩子参与课堂的机会。她鼓励学生站到黑板前,轮流向大家讲解习题。对于课堂上沉默的学生,她会主动交流抓注意力引导学生互动。

Yu advocates enthusiasm and cadence of teaching, in order to capture the attention of the students. She cares about everyone and gives every child the opportunity to participate in class. She encouraged the students to stand at the blackboard and take turns explaining the exercises to the group. For students who are silent in class, she will actively communicate to catch their attention and guide them to interact.

作为7年级班主任,班里每个学生过生日,她都会请父母、老师和同学录生日祝福送给他。学生收到后开心也暖心,把视频收好作为一份珍贵的记忆。她也时常和学科老师、德育老师、家长,了解每位同学的学习、情绪和生活状况,给予学生及时的帮助和恰当的引导。

As the head teacher of year 7, she would send birthday videos to everyone. After receiving the video, the students were happy and warm. She also kept in touch with subject teachers, moral education teachers and parents to understand each student's study, mood and living conditions, and gave students timely help and appropriate guidance.
