梁老师是一个对世界充满好奇的人，崇尚自我成长、终身学习。在步入工作后，为了进一步精进专业知识和技能，她再次走入校园-利兹大学学习教育学。有三年工作经验及以上的人才可以申请利兹大学的教育学，这也是梁老师看中的一点，可以更好地和各个国家的从业者沟通和分享。

Ms. Liang is curious about the world and advocates self-growth and lifelong learning. In order to further improve her professional knowledge and skills, she went to the University of Leeds to study pedagogy. Students with more than three years of working experience can apply for the education program of the University of Leeds, which is also what Ms. Liang likes. She can better communicate and share with classmates from different countries.

在校期间，梁老师夯实学业，毕业论文被评为优等，又通过层层选拔担任了国际学生大使，在校园开放日为家长们做参观引领。除此之外，她还参加了很多讲座、实践活动、公益活动。通过这些，她对英国的教育体系和文化有了更深入的了解。

In school, she strengthened her study, and graduation thesis was rated as excellent. Besides, she was selected as an international student ambassador and guided parents to visit the campus. In addition, she also participated in many lectures, practical activities, public welfare activities. Through these, she gained a deeper understanding of the British education system and culture。

她背起行囊，做一个旅行者，穿梭于德国法国意大利等多个欧洲国家，认识不同的人，了解不同的文化。她说：“旅行，是看世界的方法，让视野开拓，让视角宽广。”

She is a traveler, shuttling through many European countries such as Germany, France, Italy and so on, knowing different people and culture. She said, "Travelling is a way to see the world. It broadens my horizons and perspectives."

她曾在英国的St Mary's Horsforth Catholic Vountary Academy, Woodhouse Grove Secondary School ,Bronte Primary School任教。英国学校崇尚多面发展，课程种类丰富、活动多样，而这样的教学体系培育出了自由且自律的学生，她希望将这些好的理念运用在教研工作中，助力圣比斯学生成长。

She used to teach in England schools. The British school system, which values well-rounded development with a variety of courses and activities, produces students who are free and disciplined. She hopes to apply these ideas to help the students of St Bees school.

梁老师出身教育世家，对教育行业有深厚的感情。她说，教师要做课程设计师、演讲师、心理老师。教师要将知识生动地传递给学生，懂得学生关心学生，给与学生细致的关爱。教师不仅要备课，也要备学生，帮助学生精进学业是本职，更重要的是品格教育，为孩子的一生塑造潜移默化的长久积极影响。

Ms. Liang comes from a family of educators and has deep feelings for education. She said teachers should be the curriculum designer, lecturer and psychology teacher. Teachers should pass knowledge to students vividly and accurately,understand and give students meticulous care. Teachers should not only prepare lessons, but also prepare for students. It is their duty to help students improve their studies. What is more important is character building, which will have a long-lasting positive impact on children's life.

在学校的教研培训会中，梁老师讲到每位老师都要先“作茧自缚”，才能化茧成蝶。只有经过繁重的工作准备，才能呈现出好的教学成果。梁老师强调，每个老师都要终身学习，专业能力过硬。课程设置重难点清晰，把握课堂节奏。在课堂中穿插有趣的小活动来抓住学生的注意力。做好讲练考评和分层教学，对不同层次的学生设置不同的练习和作业，来帮助每个学生进步。

In the school's training conference, Ms. Liang said that every teacher must first be a ‘cocoon’, then become a ‘butterfly’. Only through heavy work preparation can we present good teaching results. She stressed that every teacher should be a lifelong learner and have strong professional skills. The course highlights must be clear, and the pace of class should be grasped. Intersperse the class with interesting activities to catch students' attention. Do a good job in teaching and evaluation and stratified teaching, and set different exercises and homework for students of different levels to help each student make progress.

梁老师说：“老师和家长就像船的两只桨，只有一起朝着同一方向努力，才能驶向远方。”愿我们同频共振，一起努力，助力孩子的成长，托起明天的太阳！

She said,"Teachers and parents are like two paddles in a boat. Only when they work together in the same direction can they sail far away！" May we work together to help children grow up.
