上师大附二外国际部支教活动经历了年前酝酿、年后各方沟通等筹备过程，最终得以实现;我校领导大力支持此活动，并期待在不久的将来，各学科老师，包括外籍教师和中国教师都参与到活动中来，更好地帮助永平的孩子们。

支教活动

来自我校九年级的潘同学和王同学，对参与此次支教活动的老师做了随机采访：

Q1：余老师，您对本次支教的期待是什么呢?

A1：我希望我们能带给当地孩子们他们所需要的东西，也期待我校学生能从支教中收获成长和感悟。

Q2：您觉得在支教过程中会遇到困难或者问题吗?

A2：如果想深入了解当地学生的各种情况，并进行全面的沟通，这在一次短期支教活动中是很难实现的;重要的是通过这次活动在学生心里播下爱的种子，今后用更多的行动去浇灌，与需要帮助的孩子一起呵护这份爱，让其生根发芽，茁壮成长，这是我们所期待的。

Q3：您觉得我们在支教过程中一定要做到什么?

A3：尊重。不只是问声好，更是要学会站在对方的立场去思考问题，用最真诚的态度为对方着想。

Q4：您觉得在我们学校教书和在云南支教会有什么不同?

A4：凡事都有两面性，我们的学生课上思维相对活跃一些，擅长表达自我想法。云南的学生年龄小一些，比较拘谨，上课认真踏实，我十分欣赏。

Lisa Pan and Miya Wang from 9th Grade interviewed both students and teachers. Ms. Angel Yu, one of the teachers, had the following to say: Although she hasn’t had any experience of this kind before, she was really looking forward to the trip. This was not because it is such a beautiful place, but because of the learning opportunities it presented. She expressed her wish to bring something to the local children that will benefit them. At the same time, she hopes that the experience will be a growth experience for our students as well. She feels that the time for this teaching is relatively short. It is difficult for our students and the local students to communicate and get into the topic more. It cannot achieve the desired results. It is important to plant the seeds of love in the hearts of the students, to use more actions to water them in the future, to care for this love with the children in need, to make them take root and thrive, which is what we expect. When asked how she felt she could make a good impression on the local teachers and students, she replied that it was all about respect. It is not only about saying hello. More likely it is necessary to learn to stand on the other side's position to think about the problem with the most sincere attitude. Regarding differences between the students of the two schools, Angel said that on our side, the students are open-minded and more able to express their own ideas. Although the students in Yunnan are much younger, she appreciates their great attitude towards online learning and their strong passion for studying new things.
